Dariusz Borysiewicz, President
Dariusz founded Golden Nail Builders in 1992. His vision has guided the company from its early days as a small remodeling firm to its present status as one of Lincoln Park's most prestigious custom homebuilders.



Victor Kokosinski, Construction Site Manager
Victor is extremely proficient and knowledgeable across the building trades. He works on-site, supervising GN Builders' skilled workmen, monitoring quality control and keeping projects on schedule. He has been with GN Builders since 1995.

Vicki Swiderski, Office Manager

Vicki has served as our office manager since 2016. With a degree in Business Administration
from National Louis University, Vicki is an exceptional businesswoman who handles all
administrative matters, bookkeeping, and client communication. She ensures our team is always
organized and allows our daily operations to run smoothly.


Peter Mrugala, Business Advisor
GN Builders' "people person," Peter meets the public and handles the paperwork - financial matters, scheduling and publicity. He joined the company in 2008.
